Representation in state-court proceedings in Switzerland (both in the German and French-speaking part of Switzerland)

Conduct of arbitrations as neutral arbitrator (English, Spanish, German and French)

Advice on viability of potential arbitration and Swiss litigation claims, particularly under Swiss law

Services will be provided upon execution of a letter of engagement

Remuneration according to either an ordinary fee by the hour, a fixed fee arrangement or an alternative fee arrangement in compliance with applicable deontological standards

We are happy to work on the basis of pre-agreed cost estimates or fixed fee quotes
